When working on a project the main task was to create harmony between the two architectural worlds of Kotelnicheskaya embankment: buildings with centuries of history and modern trends.  Creating the image of a modern Club house, the architects took as the basis the laconic forms and clear proportions. The house has a classic tier composition and stage architecture.



11 floors, 141 apartments ranging from 59 to 350 sq. m., ceiling height – 3.35 m. On the upper floors there are single and duplex penthouses with spacious view terraces.



In the external decoration only eco-friendly, natural materials were used: marble, solid wood, granite. Thoughtful details of the front, exclusive design of balconies decoration meet the creators idea and correspond to the level of De Luxe class. Windows and balcony doors are made of double chamber aluminium energy saving windows with natural wood interior.

Infrastructure

Club house on Kotelnicheskaya embankment is located in the historic center of the capital, two kilometers from the Kremlin, surrounded by architectural landmarks and objects of cultural heritage of Moscow. In the rays of the sun in a cozy patio with an area of 0.14 hectares there is a fountain playing the thin jets, and green avenues call for a stroll by a palpitaion of leaves. Here you will always be able to hide from prying eyes, to stay alone and relax, enjoying the singing birds and nature.

The interior design of the house is a continuation of the external appearance, complemented with a light colour palette of the space and the noble texture of valuable materials. Key idea of design is, perhaps, most accurately characterized by the phrase: "out of fashion, out of time". In all state rooms guest areas are decorated with soft furnish "collection privee" from natural materials. We offer a club house potential residents several concepts of interior design: Classicisme, Empire style, Renaissance, Art Deco, Loft, Hi-teck. All presented concepts are opened to experiments and new ideas, meet different taste preferences.



Technical characteristics and safety



The whole territory of the club house is equipped with ultra-precise multi-level automated security system that provides video surveillance, access control, automatic management of car parking, there is an intercom entry system.
