The premium-class project of the Stoleshnikov 7 residential complex is a restoration of an extensive property of the beginning of the XIX century with a rich history. The works on the construction of the complex are carried out by the company "NAVY Development" - one of the leaders in the field of work with historical buildings and renovation of cultural heritage sites.
In the past, the most famous residents of this house were Jean Lamiral, a French ballet master who led the Moscow ballet school for a while, and a famous merchant of the 1st guild who kept a wine shop here, Egor Antonovich Levet, whose establishment Leo Tolstoy even mentions in his immortal novel Anna Karenina.
Due to the fact that almost throughout its life the apartment house, where the Stoleshnikov 7 residential complex is now located, belonged to the dynasty of wine merchants, in 1903 a beautiful decor appeared on its central risalite in the form of vines entwining female hermes. That year, a 5-storey building with an Art Nouveau facade with a chic facade was erected on the site of an old house designed by the famous architect Adolf Erichson.
Nowadays, to buy an apartment in the Stoleshnikov 7 residential complex means to acquire a piece of Moscow history that will favorably emphasize the high status and social position of its owner. The construction of the Stoleshnikov residential complex is planned to be completed in 2020. In this project, 12 luxury lots will be presented on 5 floors: 11 apartments, the smallest of which has an area of 27 sq.m., and 1 luxury penthouse with an area of 350 sq.m. All objects are offered in a finished version from the famous architectural bureau "Tsimailo, Lyashenko and partners". LCD Stoleshnikov 7 is located in the heart of the cultural and social life of Moscow – just 7 minutes walk from the metro station Teatralnaya. More detailed information about the LCD Stoleshnikov 7 can be obtained on the official website of the project.
