Fantastic House is an elite residential complex under construction on the site of an apartment building, which was designed by architect Vasily Uglichinin and erected in 1908-1911. During the restoration, one facade will be restored, the rest are planned to be built using monolithic brick technology from scratch. The modern design with panoramic glazing and brass frames perfectly combines with the classic style of the historical part of the house.
