The neoclassical style building was built in the early twentieth century by architect O. G. Piotrovich. The customer of the Baskakov project spared neither the effort nor the funds to build the house, so it was inhabited by high-ranking officials, famous scientists, writers, rich businessmen. During the restoration, the historical appearance of the front facade will be preserved, which is distinguished by expressiveness: the bay window, the pediment, the color scheme of individual architectural elements and the stone cladding of the first floors.
A striking feature of the "House on Khlebnoye" will be an elevator with an open shaft, created according to an individual project. The lobby, commercial areas and staff quarters will be located on the lower floor. Round-the-clock security and video surveillance system will ensure the complete safety of residents. For the convenience of residents, a communal laundry and storage rooms in the basement will be located in the house. It will also be possible to use the services of a concierge service, a driver and a maid.
