The Gelrich House residential complex is an exquisite club project in the Art Nouveau style after restoration in the cozy Old Moscow Prechistensky lane, 14, p.1. The complex was built in 1912 by the famous architect Gustav Gelrich as an apartment house for the merchant Malyshev, and in 2013 the team of the bureau "Tsimailo, Lyashenko and Partners" completed its complete restoration, equipping it with the latest engineering systems, but retaining the original appearance of the facade.
