RC Preobrazhenskaya ploshchad'

The business class residential complex "Preobrazhenskaya Square" will be built in Preobrazhenskoye, one of the oldest and most developed districts of Moscow. The developer is the company Regions Development, part of the GC "Regions". The development plan provides for the construction of three interconnected buildings of a "P" shaped shape with a height of 6 to 14 floors. The project provides for through entrance groups with the possibility of entering both from the outside of the building and from the courtyard. The project's quartirography includes 735 apartments ranging in size from 43 to 122 sq.m. and ceilings with a height of 3.2 meters. Finishing is not provided.

As part of the improvement of the internal closed territory with an area of 7.8 hectares, a multi-level public space was developed with places for walking and recreation, a children's play area. The internal infrastructure of the new building will be represented by commercial premises on the first floors. A multifunctional complex with shops, cafes, restaurants and other necessary facilities will open here. The project provides for the construction of its own kindergarten for 200 pupils and a school for 430 students.

The residential complex embodies the concept of a "yard without cars". At the same time, on the minus first level under the whole house there is an underground parking for 347 cars, as well as ground parking for another 66 cars. Common areas and the adjacent territory, including playgrounds, will be under round-the-clock video surveillance. A security service and automated access control are provided.

The new building boasts proximity to the embankment of the Yauza River and a rich environment of parks for walking and family recreation — Sokolniki, Cherkizovsky, Izmailovo, VDNKh and the huge Losiny Ostrov Nature Reserve. The nearest metro station «Preobrazhenskaya Square» is a 3-minute walk away. Motorists can use the exits to Krasnobogatyrskaya and Preobrazhenskaya streets. The Garden Ring can be reached in 8 minutes, and the TTK in 7 minutes. The center is a 25-minute drive away.
