RC Shagal

The Shagal quarter is a new project in Moscow on the territory of the former ZIL plant on a 57-hectare plot at Avtozavodskaya St., vl. 23. This is another major redevelopment that will combine the residential and business part of the development with its own infrastructure.

Trampolines, slides and a mini climbing wall are installed for young visitors of the park. 500 meters from the new building is the Kozhukhovo People's Park with a small pond. The proximity of the Nagatinskaya Floodplain forest will also complement the list of places where you can have a great family leisure.

In the immediate vicinity of the residential complex Shagal runs the MCC line with the station "ZIL", a little further "Technopark". One of the leading thoroughfares of the capital – Andropov Avenue is also located here.
