RC Portland

The architectural project "PORTLAND" was developed by the bureau De Architekten Cie. The complex consists of 2 queues. Each has 4 towers connected by shopping galleries forming quiet courtyards. The stepped facades are lined with concrete tiles, clinker bricks. The design lobby has a 24-hour concierge service.

The residential complex "PORTLAND" offers a variety of planning solutions of the European format, penthouses are located on the top floors. Some apartments are rented without walls, and some with a clean finish. The ceiling height is from 3.1 to 4 meters. There is a possibility of combining apartments. In the project, the main decoration of the apartment was the picturesque views of the Moskva River. 

The residential complex "PORTLAND" has a developed infrastructure. The project of improvement of the courtyard and the embankment was developed by specialists of the West 8 bureau. In the closed territory there are playgrounds for different ages, 3 workout zones, a basketball court and a dog walking area. The project provides a garden on the roof of the stylobate part, from which you can descend directly into the courtyard. There are promenades along the water for quiet walks. Modern security systems are installed throughout the complex, intercoms are connected, round-the-clock video surveillance is conducted. There is a guarded underground parking for car owners. There are storerooms for storing seasonal items.

The residential complex "PORTLAND" is located in the northern part of the Pechatniki district on the bank of the Moskva River in the water area of the Southern River Port.
