The Korovin Apartment House residential complex on Tverskoy Boulevard 9 is a premium project located in a historic building built in 1906. The house was built according to the project of architect I. G. Kondratenko and is distinguished by a light, "weightless" design. The decorative simplicity of bay windows and balconies make the house voluminous, but not bulky.
