Residential complex “Arkada House” situated in the south-west side of Moscow, in Konkovo district, near the so-called metro station. Monolith-brick house built on the individual project and consist of 3 sections of variable height, constructed in a spiral way. Entrances exclusively finished with a marble, with installing large aquariums with fishes. All apartments were renovated, equipped with air conditioning, fire alarm, heated floor and triple-glazed windows. Each apartment connected to satellite TV and Internet.
