It was Josep Pla who baptized this portion of the Baix Empordà as El Empordanet, a proud landscape sheltered by the Montgrí, between medieval villages and beautiful fields.
The landscapes of the Empordanet, very close to the beaches of the Costa Brava, still preserve the charm of their roots in medieval towns, authentic oases of tranquility.
The flat and gentle relief of the Empordanet makes visiting it by bicycle a pleasure. There are a large number of signposted rural paths to explore the region calmly and appreciate the main heritage values of its towns, as well as the beauty of its fields and forests.
This original property from the 18th century is located in one of the most recognized and valued towns in the Empordanet, Sant Feliu de Boada. It was completely rehabilitated about 35 years ago, and has been used as a vacation home. It is in a perfect state of conservation, and is distributed over two comfortable floors, conserving all the vaulted ceilings, as well as multiple original details of the time, which give it a special harmony.
This property is surprising for its excellent views and its great luminosity, ideal for holiday use without worrying about garden or pool maintenance.
