We access the house from a hall, with a closed storage room on the right hand side that is ideal for storing beach material. If we continue inwards we see the two main spaces of the floor: a large kitchen with a fireplace, perfect for family meals, and the spectacular living room with a vaulted ceiling and access to the outside (both to the garden and to the street). On this same floor we find a guest toilet and a practical bedroom suite.

We go up the stairs and find another living room with a fireplace, which acts as a landing for the bedrooms on this floor. There are a total of four double bedrooms with closets and a suite with six beds. Two of the bedrooms have access to a terrace overlooking the garden. This floor also has a complete bathroom, a toilet and a laundry-bathroom.

Upon accessing the last floor, the first space we find is converted into a fantastic office with a library. From the studio we access a suite with air conditioning and views of the pool and garden. This floor also enjoys a terrace, with a lot of privacy and views of the village church.

The garden, surrounded by stone and with the fully integrated pool, is idyllic. In addition, the 30 m² porch allows us to enjoy a space with perfect shade. We also have direct access from the street to the garden. The house has a water well which is used to irrigate the garden.

The town of Vulpellac can be reached by car. There are two parking spaces reserved for cars in front of the house.
