Luxury villa, designed by the architect Jaime Prous, whose objective was to achieve maximum fluidity between the interior and exterior spaces, as well as make the most of natural light, with large floor-to-ceiling windows.
Located in the exclusive area of Montemar in Castelldefels, it was built in 2018 on a 600 m² plot, with an area of 473 m² plus 30 m² of terrace. To access the upper floor, we can use some stairs, or the golden elevator that serves as the central axis of the house, with the different rooms surrounding the lift. We went up to the upper floor, destined for the night area. It is a space bathed in natural light, consisting of a master suite with access to a chill-out terrace, a complete bathroom and a large dressing room. Likewise, there are two double bedrooms with dressing rooms that are connected through a bathroom.
We go down to the lower ground floor, which is very pleasant and has a large gym and spa area with jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. We also have a closed garage for 3 cars, a storage space, a machine room and the service area with a double bedroom with bathroom.
