This recently renovated villa is south facing and overlooks the bay of Santa María, which provides plenty of sunlight and guarantees a good temperature all year round. The house enjoys beautiful views from the bedrooms, the living room or the terrace, both to the sea and to the surrounding pine forest, which is the green belt of the estate. This also guarantees few neighbours and a lot of peace and privacy.

The house offers a total of four bedrooms: one with a bunk bed for two people, two doubles and the main one with a private bathroom. It also has another bathroom to serve the entire house.

The day area houses a large living room with a dining corner, as well as large windows that give access to a large terrace. Here you can have your breakfasts and meals, while enjoying the sea landscape and admiring the cruise ships that approach the coast, especially at night, so that passengers have the opportunity to contemplate the famous coves of the Costa Brava.
