Classic-style villa located in Sierra Brava, Lloret de Mar. It is a well established development with services such as a supermarket and restaurant within the development, and public transport service to some parts of the urbanization. It is also located just above the Canyelles bay, so it enjoys wonderful views and proximity to the beach. The town of Lloret de Mar is about 5 minutes away by car, so all the amenities are quite close.
The villa is distributed over two levels, in a day area and a night area. At street level, before entering the house, we have a porch from which you can access the garden without going through the house. Once inside the house, we have a large open space for the living room, living room and kitchen. From this level, we have access to the terrace with open views to the sea and also where you can perfectly see the entire garden and pool.
