When crossing a pedestrian gate from the street, we find a unique villa, on a plot of almost 4,000 m², with a huge garden with well-kept lawns that surrounds the house. On one side, there is the pool with sun loungers and on the other side the extensive area with ancient olive trees. The latter has 100-year-old pine trees, a fountain that gives a lot of charm to the garden, other decorative trees and many flowers.
