This ancient hamlet, dating back to 1200, has been renovated by the current owners who have been in the tourist business for years successfully. It is located in the area of Monteriggioni, few kilometres away from Siena, in a dominant position with open views of the famous Tuscan countryside appreciated all over the world.
The village consists of 15 independent apartments with one or two bedrooms, living area and kitchenette, all equipped with heating and air conditioning. Two of these apartments are for private use of the owners. Each apartment has a small outdoor area for al fresco dining and moments of relaxation of total privacy. A few gracious paved paths wind through the village among flowering bushes and ancient oaks and lead you to the top of a gentle hill where the beautiful infinity pool (16 x 10 mtr.) with breath-taking views is located. At the centre of the park a magnificent "terrace with a view" makes you enjoy the enchanting panorama of Chianti on one side, and the ancient medieval village of Casole d'Elsa on the other one. This structure is particularly commercial interesting due to the well-equipped restaurant, located in the main building, which features a professional kitchen, and a nice dining room located in the premises which used to be the feeders for the animals. In the main building there is also a Roman bath available to guests.
The property consists of about 3 hectares of land with 150 olive trees that ensure a good extra virgin olive oil production. The access road to the property is completely paved and very easy to drive; it is surrounded by a forest of oaks, a real nature oasis of total privacy and peace.
The structure also enjoys a large parking area slightly separated from the apartments, as well as a 20 kw photovoltaic installation, Wi-Fi, air condition in all rooms, GPL central heating.
