Savvinskaya 17 is a project of the British architectural bureau AI Studio (London). Thanks to the lightweight first floor, the house seems to float above the ground. The elegant silhouette of the building is a real decoration of the embankment
Terrazzo finishing* and panoramic glazing, «sashes» open towards the river, French balconies — these bright details create a unique look of the house.
* A type of material for seamless cladding, which includes at least ¾ marble.
Apartments 
Savvinskaya 17 Club House is a collection of 22 apartments.Each has very high ceilings (from 6.43 to 7 meters) and panoramic windows. It's up to you to finish the second mezzanine floor or leave it as it is.
All apartments are sold without finishing - in the shell &core premium format, in which most of the rough work and communications have already been carried out. You will be able to bring your own design to life.
Lobby 
Getting into the lobby, you find yourself in an atmosphere of respectability and elegance. Coffers* on the ceiling complement the geometricality of the facade, and natural stone in the decoration and exclusive designer furniture emphasize the atmosphere of restrained luxury.The ceiling height is 4.65 m, and the total area of the lobby is 48 sq.m.

Parking
You can put the car in a mechanized underground parking in just a few minutes. The car will automatically go to the parking lot from the receiving box. And to pick it up, you only need to attach the key to the display.
