There is a pre-approval building permit to construct two independent houses, which can accommodate up to 8 people each one, with outdoor pool, BBQ and covered outdoor living and dining areas. Both houses and their pools have been carefully designed on the plot, so that a welcoming environment is created and one can enjoy the view to the sea. The outdoor areas alternate between outdoor and indoor, so that the courtyards are protected from the north winds. In addition, the buildings were designed with volumes of plastered surfaces and natural stone, in order to keep the character of the island, through the architecture, with simple clean lines. The required approvals from the public services for the construction of the houses have been completed, and the building pre-approval permit has been obtained.
