One of the oldest and most important farmhouses in Pals, from the 16th century, one of the seven watchtowers that the town has is part of the estate, formerly used to warn of any danger and to take refuge in it. It has the status of cultural asset of national interest, in the category of historical monument.
This Catalan farmhouse has survived the passage of time, its unmistakable traditional air gives it a unique personality, with two floors of approximately 762 sqm, all of it made of stone, with many possibilities.
Part of it, approximately 200 sqm, has already been restored with great charm by the interior designer Mariona Soler, upon entering we find the hall that also serves as a landing, which separates the day rooms from the night rooms, we continue and arrive at the very large dining room very bright and cosy with a fireplace, and access to a large patio, which is very private, an open kitchen. In the night part, we have 4 double rooms and two bathrooms. There is underfloor heating with diesel. The entire property is surrounded by gardens, it is a very practical home, maintaining the rustic style, tiled flooring, wooden frames with double glazing.
A large part of the property remains to be refurbished, the guard house, the defence tower, covering approximately 550 sqm, in very good condition but require updating. There is also a large garden where a pool could be built.
