The house has an area of 105 square meters and is built on a property of 2.000 square meters. The lot is situated within the community’s limits a fact that permits additional construction of over 500 sq.m. It has two bedrooms, one large living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, two bathrooms and large verandas. A storage room made out of stone has been built separately. The walls are thick and heavily insulated. A vineyard of 100 vines for white wine was planted on the lot in 1999. There are over 40 olive trees and many fruit trees in the yard. The house was built, along traditional norms, in 1990 in the small community of Agios Petros at an altitude of approximately 300 meters. Andros is 36 miles away from the port of Rafina, near Athens and the boat trip takes exactly two hours. The distance from the port of Gavrio, to the house is 3,5 kilometers and the ride takes approximately five minutes. The view to the Aegean Sea is completely uninterrupted. The islands of Kea, Gyaros, Syros, Euboea, Kythnos, Serifos, Sifnos, among other, can be seen.
