As we walk in, a short hallway leads us to the kitchen, bright and open, fitted with panelled, top-of-the-range appliances and a practical island next to a huge table.
From there, we can access a big, bright living room featuring many well-kept elements from the Modernist era, chiefly a marbled, imposing fireplace and amazing coffered ceilings.
A short flight of stairs takes us straight down to a private garden of about a hundred metres and its centennial trees, which we can also see from two suites, each one in one side of the living room, with and old-meets-new aesthetic presided by two extremely rare ceilings painted on canvas, while fully restored in order to meet modern standards, both of them with their own walk-in closet and complete bathroom.
