The residential complex on Gogolevsky Lane 8 is a premium project in the center of Moscow near the metro station Kropotkinskaya. The complex consists of two buildings with a height of 4 and 7 floors, designed in the style of constructivism. The houses were built in 1929-1931 according to the project of a group of architects led by M. Ginzburg.
