MANIFESTO OF ARCHITECTURAL MINIMALISM
Absolute purity of lines and clarity of space, balance and harmony are a healthy alternative to the crazy rhythm of life.
Redundancy is an obstacle on the way to the ideal. Striving for cleanliness
gives a feeling of freedom from excess. Minimalism is always perfect
background, blank sheet, the choice of those who can see the essence.
The four towers of the project consist of repeating glass modules, where one module is equal to one window. From the upper half of the facade of each of the towers, a strictly geometric volume of open terraces is carved, as if from stone. sky halls. The shapes of the terraces are a continuation of the rhythm in four different types of glazing.
The author's solution of two plates is implemented using chrome-plated metal blocks forming a repeating plastic pattern.
