About the project
The residential complex House of the People's Commissariat of Finance is a project-reconstruction of an architectural monument of the constructivist era of 1920-1930. Our contemporaries managed not only to carefully preserve the rich historical heritage of the Narkomfin House on Novinsky Boulevard 25, but also to adapt it to a modern lifestyle, as well as provide an unsurpassed level of comfort and prestige for future residents. Among other things, a complete replacement of all engineering systems is carried out, in accordance with the latest requirements.

Location
The People's Commissariat of Finance Residential Complex boasts a magnificent location in the heart of Moscow, within walking distance of the rich infrastructure of the Presnensky district, Patriarchal Ponds, Arbat, Tverskaya and other central locations. There are many shops, cafes, medical centers, bank branches, fitness centers, etc. in the district.
