The Maly Kozikhinsky 7 residential complex, also known as the House in the center of the Legend, is located in Maly Kozikhinsky Lane, in close proximity to the picturesque walking area of the Patriarchal Ponds, a legendary place that has generated many fascinating stories and literary plots.
The project was implemented as part of the reconstruction of an elite quarter in the Patriarchal district. The contractor was the Austro-German concern Strabag.
