The Maly Kozikhinsky 7 residential complex, also known as the House in the center of the Legend, is located in Maly Kozikhinsky Lane, in close proximity to the picturesque walking area of the Patriarchal Ponds, a legendary place that has generated many fascinating stories and literary plots.

The project was implemented as part of the reconstruction of an elite quarter in the Patriarchal district. The contractor was the Austro-German concern Strabag. Elite construction was carried out on the basis of the latest European developments, the house is made of high-quality and environmentally friendly materials.

The residential complex Maly Kozikhinsky 7 is designed for 42 apartments. The area of the apartments varies from 96 to 419 sq. m, the number of rooms is from 1 to 6. High ceilings (3.1 m) and large window openings provide good insolation. Double wooden double-glazed windows are installed on the windows. The upper level of the building is occupied by a penthouse with open terraces and a view of the Patriarch's Pond.

The residential complex Maly Kozikhinsky 7 consists of two sections of variable number of storeys (7-8). The building is decorated with a strict classical facade in pastel colors with elements of constructivism. The entrance group is decorated with stained glass windows with aluminum profiles of the Schuko system, the halls are finished with granite. The territory is landscaped, lawns, flower beds are laid out in the courtyard, trees are planted, a playground is equipped.

The complex is equipped with the latest engineering and technical systems, a modern fire protection system. High-speed Internet access lines have been installed, satellite TV has been connected, and water purification filters have been installed. The residential complex is securely guarded, the entrance to the territory is carried out by magnetic cards.
