The Director's residential complex was built in 2009 in Moscow CJSC at the address Pyrieva Street, 2. When this object was commissioned, it was planned that all apartments would be occupied by figures of the film industry (hence the name of the complex), but a little later housing in this house became available to everyone. Next to the project is the Walk of Fame of the Cinematography of Russia and the Mosfilm building.
