LCD Barkli Residence is an elite residential complex located in the Donskoy district at Ordzhonikidze Street, 1. The project was developed by Robert A M Stern Architects, and consists of two towers united by a stylobate. Nearby are such major transport arteries as the Garden Ring, the TTK, the Warsaw Highway and Leninsky Prospekt. Thanks to this, residents of the complex will be able to quickly get to any area or leave the countryside.

The residential complex Barkli Residence has a sufficiently developed internal infrastructure – there is a beauty salon, a sports and wellness center, a bank branch and a children's center. Architectural features of the project
The unusual architecture of the project for Moscow deserves special attention. The concept of combining the architecture of New York in the first half of the 20th century and modern Moscow was taken as a basis. The project was built in the neoclassical style.
