The La Defense residential complex was built in the central part of Moscow, in the Khamovniki district, at the address 3rd Frunzenskaya Street, 19. 300 meters from the complex is Komsomolsky Prospekt, which goes through a kilometer to the TTK, which creates excellent transport accessibility. The project of the complex was developed by the architectural bureau Rakurs Architects, the author is A. Kurenna. The residential complex is a nine-storey monolithic house consisting of two sections located at right angles relative to each other. The windows of one of them overlook Efremova Street, the other one faces 3rd Frunzenskaya Street. The architecture of the house fits perfectly into the development of the Khamovniki district, in harmony with the old manors built at the beginning of the last century. La Defense was erected in 2004.
