It offers the visitor a unique panoramic view to the sea and it is surrounded by an impressive variety of trees and flowers. Located on the north coast of the Argolis Peninsula, the complex can be reached either by sea or by car. A residence on the complex can be the base for short excursions to the cosmopolitan islands of Poros, Hydra, Spetses and Aegina, while close to the ancient theatres of Epidaurus where numerous cultural events take place. The complex offers security, parking spaces, a common swimming pool, and has kiosks, pergolas and gardens suitable for walks and relaxation. The conversion of the existing housing buildings into a hotel unit, after of course the issue of the appropriate permit, will raise the building coefficient of the plot (according to Planning Law) in such a way that the total building capacity will exceed 1,500 sq.m. 

The plot is a seaside resort and the access to the beach is easy and immediate. Between the plot and the beach intervenes no foreign property.
