Kristina Tomilina has been working in real estate for over 17 years. For about 8 years she was the key broker of In-Town Sales Department of Savills, in 2013 - Director of the Department of In-Town real estate sales at Intermark Real Estate (formerly Savills).
Currently, she’s executive Head of In-Town Real Estate Sales Department and Business and Premium New Construction Department.
Kristina specializes in the sale of secondary market objects, valuation and investment efficiency.
A current member of the International association RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) with a degree in Residential Real Estate. Author of many articles in the media on professional topics.
