Situated within a 10-minute drive from Castiglion Fiorentino this stunning collection of buildings forms a private estate with amazing west facing views over the Val di Chio. The ground floor is dedicated to entertaining and would have been the original cantina many moons ago.

The first you enter, from the courtyard, into a bright living room which leads to a bedroom and bathroom en suite. Both rooms have west facing windows. A staircase leads directly to a second suite with a similar layout. The first floor has a lovely library, and the bedroom has a double sofa bed.
