The old villa was originally built in the 1800s for a wealthy sea captain, and in early 2000 it was beautifully restored and it is now one of the most comfortable homes on the island. It covers a total built area of 220 sq m and can be sold with or without the adjacent plot of land. It is surrounded by a shaded garden and courtyard on the ground floor, with mature trees, pergola, planters, and an open dining area. Outside are also two small outhouses which can be used as utility and storage rooms.
