The historic corner house next to the city park was built by Johann Romano and August Schwendenwein in 1872/73 for Dominik Graf Kinski in the Neu-Wiener Renaissance style.
The facade, decorated in a classical style and characterized by monumentality in the spirit of the grandiosity of Roman palaces of the High Renaissance, was reconstructed, decorated with a stone base and illuminated throughout the facade.
A gym with an area of 500 m will be built on the 1st basement floor. Each customer is provided with a membership in the fitness center for a year. On the 2nd basement floor, a refrigerated wine cellar with a tasting room is built into the existing historical brick vaults.
