The spacious fully furnished apartments are part of an existing 5-star hotel complex, an excellent opportunity for investment in a high-class liquid project. The owners, their family members and their guests can use the apartment for up to 8 weeks per year as part of a mandatory 18-year rental program. It also offers all the amenities of a world-class resort, including two golf courses. Fixed income for the first 5 or 9 years is 3.5% of the purchase price (net of expenses, before taxation).

Mandatory rental program

Owners can use their apartments for 8 weeks each year as part of a mandatory 18-year rental program, gaining access to all resort facilities, amenities and entertainment, including 18-hole branded golf courses, tennis courts, playgrounds, a luxury SPA, more than 20 restaurants, bars and cafes and a sandy beach.


The lease program provides for a fixed annual income of 3.5% per annum for the first 5 or 9 years (net of expenses, before taxation). During the remaining years of the lease agreement, the income is calculated according to the 50/50 split system between the owner and the operator.
